An RMA request must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. After 10 days, there are no refunds. Items returned for a refund must be in new and unused condition. A 25% restocking fee to any returned
item that has been used, is not in "new" condition, and/or is missing the original packaging, parts, components, manuals, and/or other original contents.
Zippy Buy warrants that items are free from defects in material and workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due to:
- User abuse
- Improper handling or installation
Zippy Buy will not be liable for damages arising from the use of any product. Defective products will be replaced with an identical item.
If the same item is no longer available, a similar item will be substituted.Zippy Buy reserves the right to determine the cause of any and all damage.
In order to return an item you must contact us to obtain an RMA number. Please rememeber to include the Order Number and reason for the return. Once your request is processed
you will receive an RMA along with complete return instructions.
Returns that are received without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packing return shipments well and using a shipping method that offers tracking. Zippy Buy is not responsible for any lost or misdirected package.
It may take up to 14 days after we receive your return to issue a refund or exchange.
Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
All sales are final on items marked "Final Sale". "Final Sale" items are "as is". There will be no refunds or exchanges.
